Japanese Garden Design

Working alongside award-winning American designer Julie Moir Messervy, we offered project management and construction services to this Japanese inspired scheme. We worked closely with Designer and client to source a palette of natural Scottish materials and specimen plants.

Constructed over the course of two years and with a series of cross-Atlantic visits, we phased the gardens development around the backdrop of a full property renovation by Helen Lucas Architects.

Perthshire sourced stepping stones meander through plantations of tea-clipped Azalea and past Cloud Pruned Pines, offering contemporary Japanese style to a traditional Victorian Villa.

Our work features in Homes & Interiors Scotland ‘Rear of the Year’.
